Music therapy concert
On June 28 (Thursday) 2018, we held a music therapy concert at the Tokushima University Hospital with jazz pianist Taeko Sebe, and flautist Kaori Inagaki on the first-floor amenity terrace of the Outpatient Clinic. Everyone in the audience enjoyed the jazz and popular songs, swaying and tapping their feet to the rhythm and enjoying the beautiful melody of the piano and flute.
Part way through, Dr. Ueda of Gastroenterology and Oncology at the hospital joined on trumpet, and Dr. Hayashi of Tokushima Prefectural Central Hospital joined on drums. Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves.
There were also quizzes about song titles and performances of songs requested in advance, so there was plenty for the audience to enjoy.
