Awa Odori Event at Tokushima University Hospital in 2023
On August 10 (Thurs.), 2023, the annual Awa Odori 2023 was held at the amenity terrace on the first floor of the Outpatient Clinic.
This year, the Nutritional Science Dance Group appeared and performed a wonderful, enthusiastic dance.
Tokushima University Hospital used to hold an in-house Awa Odori dance festival every year, but it has been cancelled during the past few years to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
As they watched the performance, patients clapped along to the “zomeki” [boisterous] rhythm and shouts, and the dancers and the audience enjoyed a pleasant summer moment together.
