2024 Spring Tokushima University Hospital Forum held
On March 3, 2024, the “2024 Spring Tokushima University Hospital Forum” was held at Otsuka Hall on the Kuramoto Campus of Tokushima University.
This year’s forum was the 25th and it commemorated the hospital’s 80th anniversary. The forum consisted of two parts: “Using Genomic Information to Live a Long and Healthy Life” and “Cancer: The Latest Treatments thus far.” With a theme of “genomics,” the first part described hereditary disorders, diagnostic methods, and treatments.
With a theme of “cancer,” the second part featured lectures on lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and the latest treatments and examinations related to cancer and genomics.
