Training for new employees (a joint workshop for physicians and nurses) was conducted on April 5 (Fri.), 2024 to foster teamwork and prevent errors in communication in order to improve medical outcomes and safety.
On the day of the event, participants from various professions, including new nurses and residents, enjoyed learning about how important communication is to improving medical safety through group work and the game “Telephone.”
