FY2026 ISO 9001 Standards Briefing Session Held
On July 10, 2026, Tokushima University Hospital held the FY2026 ISO 9001 Standards Briefing Session.
To maintain the quality of medical care and ensure greater peace of mind for patients, Tokushima University Hospital has obtained certification for "ISO 9001," an international quality management system.For this session, we invited Ms. Toyoko Nakahara from the Japan Management Association Quality Assurance Registration Center (JMAQA), a registered certification body. She delivered a lecture titled "Key Points of Management by Objectives Leading to Quality Improvement in Healthcare."
The event was attended by the hospital director, doctors, nurses, and medical staff, serving as a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of ISO.
