YUME to MIRAI Fund

Tokushima University Hospital has established a new fund called the “YUME to MIRAI Fund.”
This fund operates with distinct objectives and mechanisms from the existing “Tokushima University Hospital Fund,” enabling more flexible and diverse forms of donation.

    Individuals: 1 million yen or more; Corporations: 5 million yen or more
  • From the University President
    Individuals: 5 million yen or more; Corporations: 10 million yen or more

  • Platinum: 50 million yen or more
  • Gold: 10 million yen or more
  • Silver: 5 million yen or more
  • Bronze: 1 million yen or more

How to Donate

If donating using the brochure

Please fill in the required information on the “payment slip” attached to the brochure and make your payment at a post office.
Once the payment has been processed, a “receipt” will be sent to the name and address listed on the payment slip.

To donate via the Fund’s website

Please follow the steps below on the Tokushima University Fund’s website.
Please register as a member. This is required for the issuance of a receipt.
Once you register, select the “YUME to MIRAI Fund” project.
Select the amount of your donation and method of payment as either “Bank Transfer” or “Credit Card.”

[For payment via “Bank Transfer”]

▶ Please enter the required information and remit the funds to the displayed bank account.

[For payment via a “Credit Card”]

▶ Enter your credit card information and complete the payment process.
Once the payment has been processed, a “receipt” will be sent to the name and address listed on the invoice.
